Founded in 2023, Legacy of Excellence Foundation (LEF) is a Christian, common-benefit, non-governmental organization (NGO) with the mission of creating better, generational outcomes by supporting the multi-dimensional development of youth in Rwanda and across the African Diaspora. The youngest continent in the world, Africa must be home to a vast array of youth-focused enrichment programs and initiatives that are led by competent organs if it is to thrive, long-term. Legacy of Excellence Foundation is seeking to contribute profoundly in this way by rendering tangible, material support to projects that fall under its purview and umbrella.
